The Tanzania Drug Prevention Network (TDPN) Chapters Establishment Program provides a structured process for setting up local Chapters dedicated to promoting drug prevention efforts. By establishing a Chapter, your community can actively contribute to TDPN’s mission and help create a drug-free society. Follow the steps below to start your own TDPN Chapter.

Step 1: Chapter Formation

Develop a proposal outlining the Chapter’s objectives, activities, and intended impact.
Submit the proposal for review and approval by TDPN.
Upon approval, sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize the partnership with TDPN.

Step 2: Leadership and Membership

Chairperson, Secretary, Treasurer for operations.
Committees for campaigns, training, and advocacy.
Open membership for community participation.

Step 3: Operational Guidelines

Operate under TDPN guidelines and a strong Code of Conduct.

Step 4: Monitoring and Support

Regular reporting and accountability mechanisms.
Capacity-building, resources, and networking support.
