What we are doing

Young Adults Chapter - Kibamba Kati Seventh-Day Adventist Church (SDA)

"A Church Community United Against Substance Abuse"

 Who We Are

The Young Adults Chapter of the Tanzania Drug Prevention Network (TDPN) is a faith-based initiative dedicated to empowering young people to lead drug-free lives. Rooted in Christian values, we work within the "Kibamba Kati SDA Church" and the broader community to raise awareness, provide education, and offer support to individuals affected by substance abuse.

 What We Do

We strive to combat drug and substance abuse through:

✅ Awareness Campaigns – Organizing seminars, workshops, and outreach programs to educate young people and the community about the dangers of substance abuse.

✅ Support & Counseling – Providing guidance, mentorship, and faith-based counseling to those struggling with addiction and their families.

✅ Youth Empowerment – Encouraging skill development, education, and healthy lifestyles as alternatives to drug use.

✅ Community Engagement – Partnering with churches, schools, and local organizations to create a united front against substance abuse.

 Our Purpose

We exist to:

- Promote a drug-free lifestyle among young adults.

 - Strengthen faith-based interventions in the fight against substance abuse.

 - Build a supportive community that fosters hope, healing, and positive transformation.

 - Encourage youth leadership in advocating for a healthier society.
